*JDP CF VIII front lip*

I installed this a few days ago and here are some pics. Its the JDP evo VIII carbon fiber front lip. i ordered it from JDP here on the forums on a tuesday and it was on my door step monday. Less than a week not bad! The install was relatively easy after drilling the holes to mount it. With a break in between drilling it took a total of about 3 hours to install, but I took my time. I give the fitment a 9/10. I'm very happy with this lip and how it completely changes my front end. and btw the weave is 1x1. JDP FTW

the JDP lip comes without holes drilled into the lip for mounting. So you need to drill the holes yourself (I used a dremel) into where the lip mounts to the bumper as well as where the lip mounts up to the undertray. This link helped me out alot with the install. its about the 4th or 5th post down. Its not that difficult to do yourself at all.

My lip is exactly the same except it's 2x2 weave. I really don't know which weave I like better. 1x1 looks cleaner but it also looks fake, whereas 2x2 looks like real carbon fiber even from a distance.

what are you dropped on? springs or coilovers? and how much ground clearance do you have? I want this lip for my BBY evo, but am afraid with it being my DD I'd end up breaking it.
