i know looks arent/shouldn't be a critical aspect of something as function-oriented as an intercooler, but that LOOKS perfect - fits very cleanly, doesn't scream aftermarket. You should offer this anodized in black as well - for that really stealth look

What type of steel are those end tanks made of? or is it aluminum?

TiG? or MiG?


Looks great btw...I might have to and make my own intercooler..hmm...

definately alum since the core is alum.
no point spending a billion dollars on name brands when you can buy a garret core and weld endtanks.

Yep, they're aluminum endtanks that we made here and everything is TIG welded.
