Hyper Meeting 2008 - Tsukuba Circuit
Got back from Japan on Wednesday night. Went to the Mitsubishi / Subaru Hyper Meeting at Tsukuba Circuit last Sunday. There were literally hundreds upon hundreds of Evos and STis in the parking lots outside the circuit. It was an amazing trip and I plan to return to climb Mt. It's not cheap, expect it to be at least $2000-3000 per person. It really depends on how long you stay (we were there two weeks), what hotel and airfare. I recommend renting a car with navigation in Tsuchiura and staying at Okura Frontier Tsukuba if you go to Tsukuba Circuit. Another great hotel in Japan is the Park Hotel Tokyo. Plan your trip around the end of March, beginning of April and you'll see cherry blossoms, which was a great bonus.
