Really? I don't think so. It's a good theory but, I don't believe it to be true anymore. The less we use the lower the oil companies profits the higher the prices goes.

Example: We've been under water restrictions for over a year here. The water company started complaining because they had lost something like 10 million in profit and said they needed to raise prices because we weren't using enough water. Now they are easing the restrictions and guess what. Prices aren't going down and they probably won't with oil either.

 

sorry sir..you pay 4.20 coz your goverment uses that money to go to war...
go check oil prices per gallon that your goverment pays
