I don't think so, not 100% sure if it would be a requirement... However, it might be a good idea if you are planning on running wider tires. My fenders out back were already cut (because of my RE30 17x9 +22) So the G07WT's in 17x9 + 30 on 255 R888's (which measure closer to a 265) fit perfectly.

RE30 looks better in 18", the new wheels looks mean, but looks like MR BBS

Wheels look great in my opinion!!! I just can't deal with cleaning that busy of a wheel any more. I had the BBS LM's on my M3 and I took for ever to clean haha. Graet looking car..

Yes they do. I love the way the MR BBS wheels looked, but wanted something wider, so I considering the Enkei RC-T4's. Instead I was sent these wheels so it worked out.

I am currently running Zeal Function X coilovers with Swift springs.
