Yea the JDM rear just adds so much to the USDM IX. +1 on some new tails, maybe a set of JDM VIII rears?

Same thing that happened to the OP happened to me when I put the JDM rear on. Since the bracket is so crappy I just kept pulling it out till it sat as flush as could be with the bumper.

Still sits in a tad but looks A LOT better.

Where'd you get both pieces and for how much? Did you have to do modification to your exhaust? From what I've been reading, if you install the JDM rear, the exhaust unit tends to stick out a few inches and needs to be modified.

The previous owner of the car brought the bumper long time ago but never got put on. so I finally went picked it up and put it on. it was little harder then what I though. I brought the Vrotex from ebay for $45 shipped.

the exhaust did stick out a little then the USDM bumper. but I don't have to do anything to it though. a exhaust head shield will solved that problem too.
