headlight modification
marcotadeja,
i was scared too, but after doing it, it's pretty straight forward. Just need a heat gun and that will suffice instead of baking it. comes right off and it won't melt your headlights. after that it just plain and simple sand, primer and paint. i'll post mines after I get it done. just go to this link and it will show you how to do it on your own https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...int+headlights

took me a good 3-4 hours. I was also very tired as i started it at 12:30am. I suggest you make sure you have a lot of time to do it so you arent rushed. I kinda rushed it cause it was getting so late.
You also cant go wrong with the vii tails. It's what i have. I think they are the cleanest tails for evos.

Evodave does topnotch work, but will have your lights for a while. I sent my tails in last year prior going on vacation and it took about 3 weeks total. It's worth it if you can have that kind of downtime.

I wonder if anybody thought of dremeling the clear corner piece from a 02-03 Lancer headlight and retrofitting it to replace the Evo amber piece to mimic the JDM upper clear section.......

Many 02-03 Lancer parts fit the Evo.

mrevolution they look nice. why did you let the orange reflector up top i would prefer to take that out...there is too much orange going on. what did you paint, the inside of the headlight casing?
