New wheels and suspension....
They are not good at all for autox. They are ok if you don't want your Evo to have its supreme handling, but that makes little sense when showing off your new rims, imo. They are well below the Falken RT-615, and that tire is not even competitive in autox. Different perspectives on the meaning of "quality" I suppose. The FK-452 is a low-level tire that shouldn't even be used on an Evo except for people who simply don't care how their Evo handles and need to cheap out. That's just how it is...
Well not everyone wants or needs top-level handling all the time. Realistically, you could (or rather should) never drive so hard on the street as to go past the abilities of even a cheap tire like the FK-452s so if all he does is street driving, why pay top dollar for tires like RE01Rs or Advans which are extremely sticky but wear out quickly? I prefer to have FK-452s for daily driving and a second set of rims with RT-615s or RE01Rs for track use.
looks good! same wheel as I'm thinking about, mat black with the red lip on a WW evo
was wandering how you like them so far? ride noticeably bumpier than stock? how does acceleration feel? how much are you lowered front and rear? how is steering response? why did you have to roll the rear fenders, from what I've heard no one else with these wheels have had to?

I requested that the shop roll the fenders if needed. I can't say for sure that it would have rubbed, but from the look of it, it would have been damn close if it didn't.

That said, you are entitled to your opinion of my crappy tire selection. I got about 200 miles on them and am happy.
Besides, where were you when I was trying to pick tires out...
