Yes his fenders are rolled. I don't think anyone would feel safe attempting that offset without rolling.

Thank you for all the nice comments. The rears are cut. I tried rolling on another car of mine and I didnt like the way it turned out. Cut I think gives a little more room and it came out really clean.

SE37's are 18x9.5 +12
CE28's are 18x9.5 +28
