Anyway, if you were concerned about appearance, then I would think you would NOT leave it that way now that you've seen the results. I would also think you'd have an aftermarket FMIC if you care that much about appearance. At least an aftermarket FMIC would have the potential for improved performance, yah?

 

I'd say paint the end parts of it black like that one guy said and it might look pretty decent. or just get an aftermarket FMIC and not paint it.

Unfortunate that you ruined a perfectly good FMIC like that. Maybe you can put a screen on it to protect the paint though, there's a DYI in that section of the forum.

If you like it, thats all you and you are welcome to your opinion... but its unlikely that it will increase the appeal of your car, its value, or people's thoughts on your rice intake.

I like trying new things, but my recommendation to people is always, in any situation, to sit down and think for a second.
