Lots of the evo bays posted here in the latter half of the thread look like ish. Wire tucks are key to a clean bay, some of these look like fackin rats nests. That RC development bay is one of my fav so far. Of course the Supra and Gallardo but those don't count. The Gallardo is out because those bays are super clean already and clean custom supra bays are about as rare as the cars.

Took everything in and had it powder coated to match.

Funny that people are pointing at the ARC parts when 75% of the pics in here has someone rocking something from ARC. This company, like AMS, HKS, Buschur, or any of the high end companies out there makes quality products. I love their products because it's asthetically pleasing while certain pieces such as the intake or the shift knob are quality pieces that I wouldn't buy from competitors. If you don't like them, fine, but there is nothing wrong with "bolting on their catalog" because some of you are bolting on the same type of catalog, just from other companies. Saying those kind of remarks just make you look like hypocrites or bandwagon jumpers. And I don't go around bashing on those because I know they're also quality products.

Wow @ the ignorance I'm seeing from these members.

And for everyone who posted their engine bay - nice job!

One of my favorites:

The OP asked for "custom" engine bays. The only "custom" engine bays I see are the one's he posted and a very select few. Everyone else has "bolt on" ARC parts, or bolt on piping etc... We have a separate thread for "show me your engine bays". I think this thread is another excuse to ***** off your 3 ARC products that you spent over $500 for.

And this isn't targeted at one person but everyone who posted their "painted valve cover, megan manifold, tial bov with MAF on the intake pipe, samco hose wanna be custom owner"

And the ONLY reason why I post this is because I rather click on a title and see what's in the thread relating to the title. We already have a similar title, lets keep it on track.

Looks fairly stock if you don't have another Evo engine bay to compare with. Only thing that gives it away is the Tial 38mm Wastegate. All the intercooler piping, intake piping, exhaust manifold header, and external wastegate were all painted black. Alot of effort went into making my engine bay look stock... but all that effort goes to waste once the car hits boost and the external wastegate open dumps.

-ETS GT3076R kit

-Speed Element custom brackets and modified stock exhaust manifold heatsheild to fit over the ETS Super Value Manifold (Origional manifold design, not the one w/ the runners that are all flat).

-Speed Element custom UICP w/ Tial 50mm BOV down behind the bumper

-Speed Element custom cold air intake (K&N Filter is behind the driver side vent of the front bumper.

-Replica HKS Kansai box modified to fit over cold air intake pipe (Carbon Fiber was sanded down and painted black).

The blue Sun Auto Hyperforce box is now black too.

I think i gave some good examples of what this thread should contain, so please no more grubby rats nest motors!
