HELP!!! rear end !!!

Hey Im in the middle of deciding of what to do with my rear bumper.

1. Stock bumper and APR diffuser with the rear extension.

2. JDM 9 rear bumper and Voltex diffuser.

What you think....

I've seen both the USDM and JDM bumpers on the Evo and I surprisingly like the USDM bumper more. It gives the Evo a lower, sporty appearance. The JDM bumper makes the Evo look like a taller/higher built car. Don't be offended but the JDM bumper on the Evo looks as if someone kicked the car in the rear end. I don't want to be completely biased, so I can also say that the USDM bumper makes the Evo look as if it has a "big butt" (hahaha). But personally I like the USDM bumper....And plus the JDM bumper's cost is like $700-800 on lancershop.com. Oh well, I still like my USDM stock bumper better since it gives the Evo a lower, sporty stance in its appearance. USDM it is!

Naked. I like the bits and pieces look to the rear...

...stock, regular old stock - wont do? Just seems like everyone has done the JDM bumper. Well, that is area dependant. But the JDM bumper means no crash bar in the rear. So my vote is stock with diffuser. PS - Rexpeed makes a rear diffusior that might fit your bill also.

I've been wanting to do that combo. The cheapest route is stick with the US bumper and get the APR diffuser, which is what I'll most likely do. Plus, no crash beam with the JDMer's

I vote for option #1

JDM VII/VIII are the same and the JDM IX has a fake looking diffuser. The US rear bumpers are boring.

go with the jdm viii, and the full varis diffuser
gorgeous imo.

I'm now half way there and love the look of the viii rear over the usdm, besides, too many people with the nine setup, however nice it still looks.
