I know its not custom painted but I really like this Evo VII valve cover I just picked up. Notice it has no bolt hole for the throttle cable.

Still debating if I should take a dremel wire wheel to the raised EVOLUTION letters to make them stand out more.

Hate that mine came with 2 bolt holes in the front. I've seen multiple variations of the VII valve cover. I guess you got lucky!

starting at $100
Turn around time is 4-6 weeks.
Think I saw something similar at SEMA last year but they had other chrome colors.

Another place that does this:
www.dippedparts.com

I'm not sure how much speedstar charges but i know last time I checked dippedparts is charging $550 for a valve cover.

I'm getting the same coating from a different co.
