With normal ground shipping what is the avg turn around time for something such as a valve cover?

these valve covers make me want to paint mine......

 

I had a friend put some Skulls on my satin black powder coated valve cover. These were sprayed on using an air brush gun and a stencil using silver high temp powder coating.
