We were the only two out there, its an area which is not developed / starting to be developed, so the roads dont really go anywhere and there's only labourers walking around, as you can see in a few of the pics.
DxbIX, I'm a little late to this post but thanks for posting and sharing awesome pics... your Evo's color looks awesome and the moving shot with the (unwanted) dude is the best one for sure!
Well I have some good news - we are planning a move at the end of this month to A.D. and I plan to ship my Evo VIII GSR... that'll add to your 30 Evos in the Dubai area (perhaps a few more in A.D)...
Anyway, I have some questions and want to make Evo friends in the area - I'll be sending you a PM seperately, so please keep a look out... need help understanding requirements for emissions and inspection once the car arrives (hopefully late nov '08 via ship).

how much is fuel there?? the smithsonian channel said it was 99 cents when they were filming a program there.
