How much should I expect for someone to put that tint strip on my car?

It should cost you ~$25 to have the top part of your windshield tinted or at least that's how much it cost me. A word to the wise, if you have a radar detector don't get tint that has metal in it; it will mess with the readings of the detector.

Here's a picture of mine.

You are allowed up to 4" as stated earlier. the % Doesnt matter! Should be around 25-35... If you were to get a full tint job... this should be included!

It does interrupt the v1 radars. Could have been the type of tint though, cause my rear tint doesn't effect it.

I did mine so I could hide my radar detector and TomTom. I think it looks good. I also helps with sunshine deflection.
