its actually clean, but the lighting and the angles don't make it look like it. The 3rd picture is what it really looks like, clean, and it didn't help that I drove through a sprinkler puddle either

Very nice! you don't see many Evo's with horns like that usually a scoobaru thing.

Thanks guys, I would center the horns, but on the other side there is a EVAP canister i think, and in the center is the FMIC mount. Its pretty hard to fit them in there.
