Yea the crash beam for the front and back stays, its pretty much a direct swap. The rear crash beam I had a shop modify it for it to fit. This shop did a good job and only for $80 if anyone is interested shoot me a PM for the shop info.

I wouldn't change my badge to 9 b/c it is still an 8. Im not trying to pose as a evo 9 just really like the 9 front and back compared to the 8.

 

sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, but what do you need for a successful evo VIII to evo IX front conversion?

 

there is nothing like a ix front and vii are nice too
