Thanks for the comments guys. As far as the holes in the bumper I pretty much gave up on trying to get those little plastic pices back in. I dont think it looks too bad so I don't mind.
The lip is a GT-Spec lip that I purchased from Ravspec here on the forums. The fitment is pretty good like 8/10 I would say but its a bit of a pain to put on. I heard even the ralliart has a slight gap near the wheel wells but that was the only downside of the lip. It also barely noticeable.

The wheels are work emotion cr kai 18 x 9.5 +30 all the way around. Kicks 10mm spacers up front and no fender rolling in the rear. Tires are 255/35/18.
In the front the wheels do not rub at all even dropped as low as it is. Rear do rub slightly if I have more than one person in the back seat. Its not a constant rub but it does rub when the suspension rebounds... Oh and I have bc racing coilovers.
