Personally, not so much diggin' that hood. Just a little too gaudy for me. The body kit is ok.

I would like to see a front valance for the 8 with big-*** cutouts in the bottom for some PIAA fog lamps. THAT WOULD BE TOIGHT! Toight like a Toiger!

So how do you think that hood would do when the car is parked outside while its raining? I love those kits but I am worried about the car becoming a showroom queen. Is i t street practical?

check the pic. The steering whell is on the passenger side. I don't know if they just flipped the pic. (then the vent would be on the right side. or if it's at a show out of the country, in which case everything might be switched to the other side. Just a point to consider.

Actually, we have recently been officially authorized by Gialla (Japan) to be the only dealer in the USA. There are several advantages from purchasing products from an authorized dealer in both pricing and manufacturer relations. Here is a link to more photos....

As with lots of things here and there, you do pay for what you get. There are several differences between a $200 "carbon fiber" hood (please be aware that some carbon fiber hoods out there are made of something out of a material that's like black dyed burlap). Usually, more expensive hoods are made using different processes, have different latching reinforcements, have different finishes, etc.

When we get our shipment of Gialla kits for the Evo VIII, I will post several detailed photos and then we all can judge if the price is worth it or not.

Yes, we are taking orders, however, we are the only officially authorized dealer by Gialla Japan to carry the kits here in the USA. We are currently working with them to establish a US Retail Price (hopefully, it'll be less stratospheric than it is now....)
