Wondering what are the best gauges for the buck. I've heard AEM and Defi are probably the top but I'm not really trying to spend that kind of money for the guage. However, would like to have something accurate and reliable. Does anybody have a guage they think is best for the price? thanks for the responses

I can't speak for much, but Autometer works good. for a while......
I have had several different gauges from them. Two of the oil pressure gauges that I have had used to stick at zero until the pressure built up then jump up to the correct pressure.
Not that it makes all of thier gauges bad, im just throwing that out there.

Defi are nice. If I had a use for them, I would run them.

 

i've heard lots of things about different gauges but speaking from personal experience, autometers are usually pretty simple and cheap and get the job done. i'm currently running a prosport mechanical boost gauge in my current evo and love it. they also cost about as much as autometer but are much more attractive.

 

Defi FTW! Honestly, you can get used Defis for great prices around here. I'd wait for the right setup just because you;ll get really nice and realiable gauges.
