I did this to a valve cover on a b20vtec del sol of mine when I was... 16. No offense, it looks nice! I've been thinking of doing mine wrinkle black. props on being different!

I just tucked my throttle cable behind the valve cover (underneath that big plastic loom) Its never been an issue, no sticking throttle etc... As long as its not pinched or kinked you'll be all set.

How long did it take to remove valve cover, what did you use to strip it, any primer? I know paint times will vary and a lot is waiting around. Just curious if its a 15 min in your driveway job or a 5 hour in a heated garage job. (To remove valve cover)

Thanks for the suggestion...

It take about 5-minutes to remove the valve cover (if it's cold). Now, I didn't performed the powder coating, it was done locally by a guy that specializes on that. I deliver the cover to him, he worked on it and returned in about three days... and then five to ten minutes to put it back..
