Should I Get a carbon fiber hood or no?

Well here is the deal I hit a deer and I am getting it all taken care of under my in surance. The problem I'm having is the place where I'm getting it fixed is going to order me the parts and they said they would order me whatever I wanted. Whether it be Aftermarket or factory replacements. So for the hood I was thinking I might go Carbon Fiber. I know C-West was going to make one is there any others that have them out yet? Also what is your opinions on the look of Carbon fiber? Or do you think I should just go with a factory replacement? Please post your suggestions

Mine is a G3 and is half the cost of the factory, just an option. The factory hood is VERY light so if you get a carbon fiber hood it will only be for looks you will not save any weight.

I personally like the Evo 7 carbon fiber hood from C-West. In my opinion, it looks the best and at least it's not cheap *** quality. I had a VIS carbon fiber hood on my Eclipse and it cracked like a week after I got it. Just push on it, it will crack. Weak *** quality.

G3 Autosports also offers thier hoods in composites. i have a black carbon fiber one and it fits great! for the extra $100, id go with a red carbon/kevlar joint from G3. My boy had a blue evo with the blue carbon/kevlar and its hot! Check my hood out 2 www.dcevoclub.com. listed under my famed ride. apex silver, carbon fiber hood

Id jus get tha factory replacement, Jus cus I dun like random colours/shades on my car, and there is really no reason as the hood is light, so it would be for show.
