Try Goof-Off, post this in a lancer forum.

I just removed mine yesterday.
I used a hair dryer to heat em up, then dental floss to cut behind the badges.
Then your stuck with the hard work. I used Goo Gone, soak the foam/glue for about ten min. I opened the trunk so the area was flat facing up.
I used a soft plastic scaper (credit card might work) to get he bulk of the foam off, then just get a rag and rub the glue and keep it wet with the GOO Gone. I took about 20 min to get it all.
There was some slight surface scuffing, after I waxed it it was gone. Good luck.
