Camber is just going to make the car handle like junk.
Seriously, those are the wrong wheels for the car.
The amount of camber needed to get them in will exceed what amount of adjustment in the TOE settings and will cause the tires to wear extremely fast.
Plus, with the stretching that you've done, I wouldn't be surprised if the tires came off the rim under any kind of turn.
The Evo is meant to be a performance car. Please don't ruin it.

Seriously the wheels are hot, but it's not a good idea to stretch the tires like that as your just waiting for a bead to separate. Put your old wheels back on and wait until you save enuff $$ to install wider fenders and run the right size tires. I know you may not want to hear all this, but you asked for comments.
