And whoever made the correlation between a Megan TBE and rims is stuck under a rock. One is overpriced tubes of steel (same ones used by every other manufacturer, same diameter etc.), the other your car actually rides on, and is one of the main components that the car makes contact to the road with. I have Volks, and a Megan TBE that works just as well as any other expensive set of pipes.

Tell those people that are hating on the Rotas to see if they can keep up with you at the track with their Volks and only 300hp

it always comes down to "well not everyone can afford volks"...are volks the only wheels out there that are of good quality? no. You can get wheels of good (proven) quality for fairly cheap, if not, used wheels are always a deal. Just because you can't afford the "ultimate jdm wheel", doesn't mean it is ok to buy a cheap cast knock off. All in all, your decision is yours. To me every time i see them, i think cheap knock off. Does a P45R look as good as a te37, no. But if you want to think about knock offs and the horror stories of rotas every time you walk to your car, your problem not mine. That said, congrats on your wheels, it looks like you are happy with them.
