i think the price for a new oem was about 3200 and plus the labor and the transmission flush plus all the other dealer fee's and crap it came up to like 5000 almost, im sure you can find a shop to do it cheaper, idk i only had the car for 2 days at my house, u know more bout these cars than me

No, I only picked because I wanted clarification. Many dealers out there would have tried to, and succeeded, denying warranty for modded cars. I wasn't correcting you, I just wanted to know what was meant. So the dealer will cover failed parts as long as you don't have internal parts of the motor/new turbo/major stuff? So you could do intercooler, piping, intake, tune, and not have a problem? That's nice, more dealers out there need to be like that... Then Mitsu might stand a chance.

basically what they told me is that if you modify the motor, and you come with a problem, IF they can (im sure they will ) trace the problem back to the modified part it will VOID your warranty, so me having a cat back and springs has nothing to do with transfer case and transmission so they could not say a damn thing.
