Thought i might post up some pictures of my hvac relocation lower piece since i am not able to find an orbital i figured i would make my own. The process wasn't too bad just took alot of time 5hrs or so. I used my radio relocation piece and my factory upper piece and pretty much just cut until i almost all of the circles we visible and it sat flush with everything. After i glue everything together and painted a textured black finish to sort of match everything. Turned out pretty good i think and looks and fits just like factory! and thats a plus

Depending on the need/interest on this lower piece i might make a few to sell! Just let me know

The OP's piece looks like junk. All I see is that black gunk you used to glue them together. The one posted further down is clean.
