Me and couple of buddies went to 75-80 Dragway in MD the other weekend. It was their first sunday being open in a couple of years so it was pretty packed. Had a lot of fun checking out the other cars. I was hoping for a 11 sec pass, but we only got two runs in before it started raining BOOOOO!

13'a with over 400 wheel? Sounds like more than your launch. What were your traps? My best last year was a 12.1 with just a few bolt ons and less than 330 wheel.

What are you running for suspension? That supra looks damn good. Hope you break your 11's!

 

yea, just bogging down real bad. Best so far this season was a 12.1, so i'll get there, just need more practice.

 

wow man, if you made 400 whp on CBRD's dyno then you have some nice power under the hood. you will definitely see 11's with some more seat time. my car runs low 12's and I made 340 whp at CBRD.

shiet with my 8 turbo around 360whp i was running constant low 12s trappin 115-116mph
i cant see a 400whp car running a 13 second pass......

 

like he said he needs to practice wats the big deal.. soon as he gets the launches down hell be good. i ran 12 flat stock turbo with basic mods fuel pump exhaust boost controler licp and uicp. maken like 357 at that time i havent been to the track with my new setup cant wait to go.

Give the guy a break, I know my car could run 10's and all I could run is a 11.8 @ 130 @ 29psi on my setup due to ****ty driving, awful tires, and inability to launch. Goodluck hitting 11's

 

did u raise your two-step? that might help ya from bogging down

 

We have it set at 5500 56000 rpms. I'm not letting the clutch out slowly at first untill it grabs. Just need some time and work on my launches and i'll be rolling. Hopefully going to Cecil this Friday!

 

i want to go to a drap strip so bad since i got my other stuff on but, my stock clutch needs to last me awhile.

I might run at beaver springs may 30th not sure yet
