~~~ Double Trouble Photohoot ~~~ (Warning: not your average Evo)
hey guys i like ur evo alot specially with the works those are sick haha but iwas wondering what kind of kit the MR has? im thinking of getting the rear and did u add the diffuser?
yeah, unfortunately he waited awhile for that to come in haha
what rights do you have that you can come in here and tell us what we can and cant do to OUR car?
I didn't tell you what you can and can't do. I said "these are the things I don't like" That is my opinion. This is the internet chief. If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen. Not everyone digs your style. You post up pictures of something and you're going to get critics. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS ON THE INTERNET. Congratulations for getting your panties in a bunch over it. LOL!
You need to do yourself a favor and do something about your poor stock looking evo before coming in here thrashing threads...............
Have you ever heard of function over form before?
#1) I chose a Cusco cage because i didnt plan on keeping the car forever, with the amount of money and work i put into the cage to custom fit it into my sunroof equipped evo i could assure you that i could've got myself a custom cage. And it is a proven fact that the Cusco cage can help with a sudden rollover, i have pics of a subaru equipped with this cage and it saved his life from a rollover accident at the track. if you want i can personally PM them to you so you cusco haters can shut up already with that old issue..... so before you talk, get your facts straight first.
I do certified cages for NHRA, SCCA, and SPEC Miata. Cusco cages are worthless. Worthless from a functional standpoint... but that doesn't concern you evidently.
#2) The work on that fender probably cost more than the work on your WHOLE car.
That's too bad. He paid way too much to have it look like it was done in high school shop class.
#3) You have no right to talk your worthless crap when he can probably FIT your Enkei NT03 wheels on the lip of those WORK wheels.
I'm capable of more lateral G's than your buddy with the work wheels. I got my NT03's for 950 bucks! (what's funny is... you'll say how cheap and laugh) HAHAHA! You're doing it wrong.
thanks for your nonsense comments once again.. quit trying to raise up your post counts with your worthless opinions....
I'm fairly confident I've been on this forum longer than you have...and I've definitely been working on evo's for longer as well. I'm not concerned about post count. Again...welcome to internet forums.
btw you are open to your own opinions but the way you put your opinions make you sound like a total a-hole.
You can't take the fact that SOMEONE doesn't like your style... sounds like a personal problem.
i can point out too many things about your car and post the mirror picture of yourself with a mask on with your thumbs up?! that you took and uploaded it to your photobucket so you can own yourself in the process, but im not a hater.
Go ahead. I have a thread...hate hate away. It might come as a surprise to you...but some of us actually fabricate our own parts for our cars
I wear a 3M respirator, safety glasses, and some Lightweight ear muffs. After you've had a metal shaving removed from your eye with a drill at the doctors... you'll understand the point of safety. Did you also notice all the hand fabricated parts? or maybe the BW S488? Go a head...hate away my friend. I'm interested to see what you will critique... it's quite telling.
You get an A+ for the effort, F for your argument. try again.
If at first you don't succeed...try, try again!
its funny, the people that talk their bs are the ones that don't have anything done to their car.... jealousy?
Maybe because I make more power? Is it because I have a 9 and you have an 8? Maybe because I don't hard park my car...I actually use it? I don't know.... maybe it's because you post pictures of your car to be praised on the internet and can't take the fact that someone might not like your style. True Beauty Queen.
With this in mind... congrats on buying an Evolution... I agree it is a great vehicle. ( i could be biased...but oh well) Congrats on getting a white one...it's what I wanted, but couldn't find. Congrats on spending money on your car without reserve. I do the same... but on different things. I think our motivation to modify our cars differently comes with our purpose of modifcation. I want my car to accelerate in every direction exceptionally well. You're more concerned with how it looks. Naturally these two paths will not go in the same direction, but both can be achieved. This leads me to one my favorite quotes, "Fads may come and go, but being fast is always in style." That and the one in my signature.
we can go all day long with this argument but obviously YOU AND I have different tastes in modding, and your BRO-self will not change your ebay exhaust for no one. anyways.... thanks for the comments guys GOOD OR BAD. and nice myspace picture sir.
