Rear end is spitting chunks of the factory LSD. Just waiting on the Shep unit with the Cusco LSD.

nice set up! i need to somehow figure out how to make my engine bay look good lol did you change the clear cam cover? any issues having the clear cam cover (like yellowing after a while)?

 

I painted it on the inside, like tinting the tails....not that garbage VHT stuff....I mean professionally. You can see the cam gears rotate through it but it's very subtle. When the gears are moving you can see the rotation but when they aren't it just looks black.

Very nice Evo thank you for now reminding me how much farther I have to go until I am satisfied with mine lol. I still have yet to find a competent body shop to fix my tail light and line my trunk up that sits 3mm off haha.

Just saw your flat black cobra! I have been thinking about purchasing a cobra. The evo is my first fast car but im growing addicted to the rumble that these V8's provide lol. Couple friends have 03 cobras and a friend of my dads as a newer shelby. Def growing addicted to the sounds of them lol. Ive always loved flat black too it looks awesome on that cobra! If I bought one id go with the flat black dont F'k with me look haha.

 

The Black Cobra is for sale. Over $100,000 invested......$45,000 firm.

Thanks. As for the kit, it's the only kit I'd put on my Evo outside of the carbontrix front bumper, or APR widebody, which I like. All the rest are disgusting in my opinion.

That is a kit that looks good on the Evo. A lot of kits for the Evo IMO look overdone. I plan on going with the EVO IX JDM rear with hks ti carbon exhaust and a seibon front lip

but if i had to do it any other way id go with your combination as well.
