Yeah, I used to drive my integra like that. I have a bunch of friends who still drive Hondas and that's the first thing they do when they sit in my car. I have to sit upright in a comfortable racing position as well as my steering wheel in case some ricer wanna go at it. The worse part is... they lean it that far back but their backs barely touch it when they're driving...

You wont get away with no front plate in Mass.. trust me i tried! but that was something i just threw together using a piece of aluminum. didnt want to put the stocker on or spend the money for the Beatrush. DIY FTW.!
