jdm mr tail lights or jdm rear bump???

I think the Bumper is the best bet it will make the car stand out 100x better.If you want to just pop the stockers off and heat them up and pull the clear case off and paint the inside black and re seal back and you have some nice tails for cheap just some extra elbow grease.

Very nice!!! I don't have to worry about getting the tail lights.I actually have a buddy that's going to help me with the tails. He's done them before.

But would u lower your car first or get the bumper?
Looking into getting coilovers now, but should I just stick with the jdm bumper first?

EDIT: got everything figured out but i just want to know others opinions to the new or old questions....
