blowing up pictures to posters??? Who, Where

looking for a place to make some posters/pictures to hang up at the shop.

i know i saw a vendor place on one of the forums who said they did it..

Does anyone know a good place to do this?

I've worked with AGS Imaging a lot!... posters, banners, duratrans, etc... the only problem is they are located here in Florida. They might work w/ you on the shipping.

BTW, FedEx Kinko's is now FedEx Office.

Yeah your local FX Office can do it. I would suggest asking the poster to be printed on SATIN material, it's not too shiny and the print and color quality on that paper is way too different than on the cheaper glossy paper or heavyweight bond paper they also carry. The satin paper is a bit more $, but worth it. Depending on where you are, but here in CA it's priced at $12.00/sq. ft.

Also for the best quality print, provide a file with a decent resolution to avoid pixelation. 300dpi and up is enough.

Also check Wal-Mart. My buddy usually uses them to blow up a couple of the HD pics of my whip and they turned out reallllly well. Pretty cheap too. Less than 80 bux for two.
