I used to have this weird rattle noise coming from my driver door when I drove with my windows up, took the door panel off and the noise stopped happening. I put it back on, took it to and after they "fixed" it now the noise only happens when the windows are down..

Anyone else had this problem? WTF?

 

i think your in the wrong section.

 

just make sure all the door panel clips are all in good shape....sometimes if one of them is broken, then the panel will rattle....
