While I have my motor out doing the 2.3 build I decided to get my intake manifold ported. I contacted Adam at MAP about the Rev.3 intake porting & sent him my intake. It took a little longer than expected due to a big demand for this service, but I was in no real rush & Adam kept me well updated. Since I was gonna delete my EGR, PCV, & FPR solenoid I decided to clean up the outside a bit before I sent it out. There were a few holes left over after the initial grinding was done & I got Adam to get them welded up for me while he had it. The porting on this thing is beautiful & I couldn't be happier. The guys at MAP did a great job with it & Adam is a great guy to deal with. After the intake came back I sanded all the welds smooth & cleaned up what I could on the outside of the intake. After that I powder coated it to give it a litttle bling too. I plan to get some stainless hardware to replace the stock stuff, but this is what we've got so far.

I've seen wheels and a few parts that same powdercoat and it looks great. I was even planning on getting a set of wheels done in it eventually.
