The Evo is like the ugly hot chick, in her normal state she isn't much of a head turner. But add some makeup, a hot dress and she's drop dead gorgeous.

Well good! Thats what its all about, is doing what you like to the car, not doing what other people like. Im not taking offense man trust me. I just been through this with others. Had people call my Voltex Canards fake, then vivid racing came in and shut them up. I dont rock cheap knock off parts. The only thing knock off I have is the engine damper I have, which I still kick myself in the butt for. That seventy bucks could have went to a good dinner for me and my wife haha. If I could get my hands on a plain ww evo VIII bumper, id do an even trade. At first I loved the canards, but I have grown to dislike them. I just dont have the time to go and have the bumper repainted and holes patched up.

 

I think evos are heard turners period, just not when they are riced out.

 

hmmmmmmmmmmmm some heat on this last page for sure. Yea canards on a street car no sir but if you actually looked you could have a used 8 bumper but most likely would have to get it repainted. I wanna get that kreative bumper with carbon bottom. nice as hell but damn near 1000 every time i get ready to buy more stuff comes up so will have to wait till i get the car back. Besides i think i want to buy rims and tires first

 

Well I originally bought the car with intensions to set it up for time attack. Thats why I bought the canards and so forth. I am now going to build this car to drag, which is why I am making sudden changes. I might have an already painted bumper coming, the guy just wants to see mine in person. My stuff for a stock viii bumper is a steel for them. My loss. But you lose and pay for what you really want. Next big mod will be an exedy twin disc and a 35r.

Yeah go big or go home I guess lol. I will be deploying again really soon, so I plan on buying all the stuff for my build then. I am also letting my good friends at a local shop send my tranny and tc to shep for a rebuild. The clutch and turbo I will purchase brand new.
