no its not a ralliart lip nor is is a replica. i bought it from a vender on her i forget his name.. but they were from cali. here is the link to the lip here is the vendor i actual bought it from

You'll need a large prybar, 14 friends and a case,no, make it 2 cases of beer to twist the manifold and turbo till it faces front. Just messin man. Someone makes a complete kit and for the life of my I cant remember who. I'm sure someone will chime in with the name eventually.
