Yup... a few months ago a buddy of mine had his car broken into and he called the cops and all they said was fill out a "report-incident-form" and file it... we were like WTF??!! are you F** serious?? You guys have time sitting around and waiting for some lone speeder doing 10 above to nail his a$$ but you don't have time to respond to a legitimate call??
