You should relocate the shifter to where the center console would be. Oh and a bigger screen for sure.

It's still a work in progress. I have a 50" plasma in my bedroom. It's too crowded in there. Would be nice to play in that new surround sound I just got. As for the price. It cost less than 100 dollar. Shhhh. The shifter will be in the center soon. It's gonna be sick when I'm done with it. I'll keep u guys update. And thanks for the wonderful commends guys.

That's my 22" PC monitor that I used. I wanted to add some carpet at first, but found that a sticky matt is best for the feet and pedals.

Now if they would just release the full version of GT5.
Good luck with the project, I'm sure you'll be pleased later on. It alot better with the recaro seat in place. It felt so awsome. Why didn't I think of this sooner?
Hopefully GT5 comes out this winter, I'll be ready for it then.

heres what it might look like for now

Did you PS that image on the screen? hahaha
But dude that's looking so sick. And how for under $100? Aren't just the pedals and steering wheel and shifter like way expensive?
And are you talking about moving the shifter down towards in front of where the center console would be?

And I play my Xbox on a 22" dell and the picture is incredible, it's such an advantage too, for cod and other shooting games, but it's too far away to work for this setup I think. That 50" would look good as long as you get a bigger desk to put it on, or wall mount it.

I just looked up that G25 setup, it looks pretty sweet. other than that and the seat, what else did you need?
And I also found out that DiRT or DiRT 2 don't support this system, those would be the best games for it! But I'm sure the GT Series is still fun, I've only played GT3 on PS2.

$100 minus the steering wheels, seat and monitor. And yes I did ps it, just wanna see how it'll look when its done or almost done. As for the shifter, it will have to be place on the side just like a real car shifter would be. Test it out last night, it was better having it down by my leg.

that s quite a set up youve got there. Now its tim to upgrade that tv and get a surround sound system to complete the experience. A 50" would do nicely.

I got a logitech surround sound that I haven't hook up yet. The whole things going to be taking apart tommorrow after I put some final touch to it. It's gonna get painted.
