i found some guy selling some gunmetal 18x9 +29 for $1300 shipped, is this an amazing deal or have you guys seen cheeper? im thinking of getting them these are my fav wheels but cost to much for me

they also come with tires, but the guys telling me on the phone and email he doesent have a paypal and doesent want to deal with them and make an account. does that sound shady? is there a way for me to be protected from a scam with some other sort of payment? i dont want to send the guy 1300 and cross my fingrs
