*wingless = lose of traction to the rear but better rear view mirror vision (will look better if you have jdm bumper)
*wing (evo8oem wing) = good rear wheel traction for it being oem but heavy
But I like the evo with a wing.

Drove for the 1st 2 years with the wing and loved it................then began to hate all the negative attention, that I felt the wing was directing towards the car.

Got a rexpeed spoiler that fit in the stock holes (not everyones taste) and I immediately noticed that I could actually SEE what was in my rearview mirror! it was amazing! I also noticed a substantial drop in dirty looks!

But then, I began to hate the rexpeed spoiler! so off it came, and what I found under it was a VERY scratched trunk, so like 4G63K I had it painted and all the holes filled, including the keyhole. And now I love it again!!

But here is the catch (my opinion) like some others have mentioned, wingless looks best with a JDM rear, and (my opinion again) the JDM rear looks best with a Voltex diffuser, so it snowballed into a couple grand worth of cosmetic changes! But I love it!!

P.S. Hey Paperclip just add a buck to those speeds and it wont feel light!

i try taking the wing off my evo 8 one time, and it look horrible, i put it back right away. Them pictures dont do any judict man. Evo without wing look horrible in real life man
