^Nope, that the V-Racing lip for the STi.
Available in both Fiberglass and Carbon Fiber.

The 2nd car pictured is not from the US so honestly it could be an exhaust that no one has heard of or seen before. Try to find out whose it is and contact them...I have seen pics of his car posted in the Rally Red gallery thread.
