I hate seibon!!!! They are good if you want to blow $800 on something that yellows in 6 months. Thats just not right. How could they even still be in business?? Think about buying anything else for $800 that only last that long, like a computer or T.V. It wouldnt happen.

A lot of marketing is why they are still in business. People see their ads and get drawn in. I have seen some of the worst fitting hoods and trunks from them.

I have only heard of a handful of not "bad" reviews of Seibon. They rip products off (much like most any knock-off brand), and typically produce (again, from what I have read and seen) garbage prodcuts that usually have pretty horrendous stories about fitment and quality. I would never buy a Seibon product. Ever.

As for Deft, I have never heard of them.

I have had my Seibon for over a year now no yellowing or fading at all. If it does someday I'll get it recleared. I had a Fiber Images hood on my Teg years back it yellowed I got it recleared for 100. Good as new.

$800??? Where do you buy parts I paid 450 NEW.

And yes my Seibon fitment is 100% perfect.

yeah my friend has had his seibon hood, and trunk on his evo for two years now. no faiding or yellowing as of yet. he loves seibon. I used to have a vis racing hood on one of my cars, i came back from iraq, and it was all faded, sun burnt, and milky looking.

wow, you must be special, here are a few examples. The first ones that came up under google. (beside seibons site, they dont have prices)

gee, $720^
The ones below are ALL over $600 except 1. Plus don;t forget the shipping.

I guess they gave you an ultimate discount and free shipping? It is not cheap to **** a hood. I have done it on numerous occasions.
Please let us all know where you bought your brand new hood for $450.

CVR but yea. So if you factor in what it cost to freight ship the hood say 30 to 50. You arrive at figure posted
