I think wheels and lowering it would make a huge difference.
The two tone looks pretty good to me. The wing should definitely be blue. I might even paint the center part of the hood from the vent on back silver. I can't tell if there is a color seperating the blue and silver..if there isn't there should be. Something like a black or graphite gray think "1/4 outline striping

I just showed it to my ricer drifter friend, and even he said it looks terrible. Paint it silver.

when its a stockish evo it looks weird. i still wouldnt do it for a modified evo, but its not bad. aggressive wheels, front mount, headlights, tails, lip, and u can pull it off until u get tired of it.

 

I dont get why they would paint it that way...if you were going for a 2 tone look, it would have looked way better with a CF hood, trunk and roof panel on a silver car...

 

Its a old school paint job. Did you miss DSMs that much when you did it?

 

Paint it all dark blue like the top color.

 

let me clarify again. i didnt paint it like this nor do i like it .i just got the car. and i was trying to figure out what to do to it,and i think all silver is the best thing

I don't hate it. I think it's a little cheesy, but whatever. I'm sure there are some things you could do to make it work. Those Cosmic Blue Rota SVN's would look good.
