If you can remove the pistons, seals, and dust boots w/ out destroying them, you are golden.

Mine were destroyed in the process, so I replaced them. For the cost of the rebuild kits, you may as well make all the calipers fresh and change em all.

I am about to get my calipers and valve cover power coated soon, was it the company that gave you trouble initially or was it just difficult in general?

Without going too far into it, (thread will get locked) I orginally had them done through some one else from these boards and they came out like crap. this included ripped/ torn dust boots and seals.

I got this done locally by a company called CM WERKS.

www.cmwerks.com

All my dust boots/seals(rebuild kits) were ordered through Martin at Girodisc for those that inquired.

When you had the calipers powder coated did you separate the halves or have them done assembled (minus pistons, dust seals, etc...)?

I left that to the powder coaters. Sorry I have no more info except that I removed all other hardware as you stated above.
