let me do a quick translation on what had happened.

appearantly, the suspect refused to pull over and sped away.. weaving thru traffic at high speed, then ran a redlight but got T-boned by a taxi.. the evo then ran over 3 light posts and then ran into a concrete divider. The car bursted into flames.
the driver was unable to get out in time because his legs were stuck from the wreck.. Burnt to death!

there's a mis-leading info on the car tho.. the article stated its a EVO VI, but its actually an EVO VII.
