it would look better if it wernt done in a tacky way u can see the red on the inside of the door by the windows if it was all black on the top and you didnt see red then itd prob look better. but u got urself a good start

im pretty sure those pics of the eclipse were just for body style reference. More of the bubble top cars like eclipses,talons, old 240s,s2ks, etc can pull it off. Just doesnt look right on the evo. If you post pictures of your evo with spray painted parts that are purple on a half reddish orange/half black body, you should expect some negative comments. The majority of us here are a little more refined and wouldnt do this to our cars. Just expect some bashing as these colors are not tasteful AT ALL. I agree with everyone else in saying you have a great start and a great opportunity to turn this around. Good luck with your choices and maybe after a few years your taste will change. As for being different, there are a lot of evos here that are very unique in their own ways without terrible paint schemes inside and out. Sorry to ramble. And congrats on getting a great vehicle.

maybe people with eclipse like those spray painted there parts but the right way is to have them powder coated..
See I think the riced out eclipse isn’t tasteful at all ether but that’s what you like so good for you.
As for majority of you guys on here being a little more refined all that says is that no one dears to be different and likes blending in and looking the same" no offence to anyone just saying."

funny you say that cuz i DID NOT like them ether so i powder coated them black... None of it is spray paint its all powder coat. but agreed it was bad.

oh and the talon is in the body getting painted pearl dark orange with black roof and is caged with volks.. Thats when i first got it.. god it was ugly
