you can have a paint store custom make you a similar almost identical color and have them put it in spray cans- bring in a laptop with a large picture on the screen and have them try to color match it

You cant do that, paint is a multi-process multi-layer process which requires knowing exactly whats in it. You can give them a high res picture of it and have them try to get you something close to it, but it wont be anywhere near perfect.

I'd say the hassle isn't worth it, and solve it by just going to a paint shop, and having the wheels powder coated....

no guarantee the color will be exact but they can get it close- have them even make a few samples that you can preview... but get extra cans made in case you need touch-ups.... I went though about 3 cans and you may need to touch-up from time to time- save the color codes they used in case you need more down the road

same issue with color-matching, but this is the less-hassling way to do it for sure- again, save the color code or name of color used in case touching up is ever needed down the road

It's going to be very very hard for them to get close without something for them to see in person.
We powder coated this for a customer and it actually looks pretty close.......
