I just picked up a GoPro Herocam HD as well. I haven't really been using it to take photos though, but its amazing how wide it is. Post up any videos you've shot with it!

ya i got one also. its not that great with pics compared to its video quality. Its video quality is unreal for a $300 camera. seemed to do the job here tho.

i been using the GoPro for a while now and love it! Can I suggest mounting the camera in your car, going for a casual drive and setting the camera for the photo every 2, 5, or 10 seconds mode... i did it the other night and it came out pretty good, gonna do it in the day time to catch some awesome hawaii snapshots.

try to remember when you do the drive around pics to have some kind of frame of reference, like yourself, or a wheel, or side mirror or something as opposed to just pointing the camera outside and we just see your hood and oncoming traffic.

a nice place to mount i found, was the side of the spoiler so in the pic your whole car is the frame of reference and everything else is in motion.
